Pasquale Rotella Reveals Massive Plans For This Year’s Circuit Grounds

This year marks the 20th Anniversary of EDC, and Insomniac and founder Pasquale Rotella are not taking that milestone lightly.

With one of the largest lineups ever for the festival, as well as improved production in all aspect of the festival, this year is one that attendees won’t soon forget.

Furthermore, we learned in Night Owl Radio 039 that the circuitGROUNDS would no longer be a megastructure in 2016. Yesterday, we received more news from Rotella on Twitter that the stage would have a capacity almost three times more than last year. If you were at the circuitGROUNDS last year, you know that it was already pretty massive.

Five reasons EDC Las Vegas 2013 is its best year ever

Pasquale Rotella’s Electric Daisy Carnival has outdone itself yet again for its third year at the Las Vegas Speedway, featuring a litany of improvements that further establish EDC Las Vegas as America’s Raver mecca. A carnival in the most traditional sense, Rotella has created a fever-dream inspired fantasy world in the middle of the Nevada desert. There is nothing quite like it in terms of scale and scope and this year the festival grounds saw significant expansion, some much needed layout adjustments, improved transportation and a Kinetic Field that was nearly three times larger than its 2012 counterpart.
