This English singer-songwriter has graced the tracks of countless EDM artists including Skrillex and Calvin Harris, while also being remixed by the likes of Bassnectar, R3hab, and Tiësto. 2) Rebecca & Fiona

DJs in their own right, this Swedish duo is best known for their collaboration with Kaskade in creating “Turn It Down.” They have also partnered to create tracks with John Dahlbäck and Adrian Lux, among many others.

3) Skylar Grey

Kaskade’s penchant for incorporating female vocals into his music allowed for Grey make waves with the track “Room for Happiness,” in which she is credited for both songwriting and singing. The talent displayed for this single also earned her a Grammy nomination.

4) Heather Bright (Bright Lights)

The wide-ranging vocal skills of Heather Bright, or Bright Lights, extends well beyond the EDM scene, but her most notable collaborations in the genre include Zedd's "Stars Come Out," Porter Robinson's "Language," Bingo Players' "Don't Blame The Party (Mode)," and Hardwell & Dyro's "Never Say Goodbye."

5) Yasmine & Jahan Yousaf

These two sisters double not only as 2/3 of Krewella, but also as intense and gifted vocalists. Most of their original tracks are coupled with live lyrics at their shows, further proving their overall skillset to every audience they encounter.

6) Elliphant

Hailing from Sweden, this Mad Decent member is both a singer and a rapper. Her voice is incredibly unique, and pairs seamlessly with the raw beats of Diplo and Skrillex; both of whom have both collaborated closely with Elliphant.

Males

1) Matthew Koma

This Brooklyn native has collaborated with everyone from Zedd to Tiësto to Hardwell to Showtek & Justin Prime. The extensive list of headlining producers that have been eager for Koma’s vocals easily make him our top pick for the male category.

2) Example

Hailing from London, Example’s unique voice has hit the airwaves on originals such as "All The Wrong Places" and "Kickstarts," as well as over bass-laden collaborations such as Skream’s “Shot Yourself In The Foot Again,” and “Stay Awake,” which was produced by Nero.

3) Richard Bedford

A close collaborator with Above & Beyond, Bedford’s voice truly brings out the therapeutic qualities of A&B’s characteristic sound. Bedford most notable features are on A&B’s “Thing Called Love,” “Sun & Moon,” and Armin van Buuren’s “Love Never Came.”

4) John Martin

Another Swede to grace this list, Martin carries a voice that was heavily favored by Swedish House Mafia. SHM tracks such as “Don’t You Worry Child,” and “Save the World” feature Martin’s voice, and he was also featured on David Guetta’s “Love a Little Louder.”

5) Sam Smith

Initially entering the scene on Disclosure's chart-topping single "Latch," this talented on-the-rise act quickly found his place in the mainstream light after the release of his debut album In The Lonely Hour, which featured numerous hit singles such as "La La La," "Stay With Me," "Lay Me Down," and more.

6) Lil Jon

Barring your personal opinion of Lil Jon’s testament to musical integrity, there is no denying that he is one of the more prominent male voices to be incorporated into EDM. His role in DJ Snake’s viral hit, “Turn Down for What,” along with Laidback Luke and Steve Aoki’s “Turbulence” and LMFAO’s “SHOTS!” has cemented his transition into the realm of EDM.
