Over the weekend, the Governors Ball 2014 took place in New York at Randall’s Island featuring Skrillex, Disclosure, James Blake, Grimes, Classixx, among others.

One of this year’s most anticipated performances was on Sunday night, June 8th, when ex-Swedish House Mafia members Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso closed out the festival with a high-octane set, their first as a duo, featuring fireworks, lasers, pyrotechnics and, best of all, several new songs.

Fans packed in to see Skrillex at Governors Ball on Saturday (June 7), with listeners gathered not only in front of the Honda stage where he held court but far beyond into the grounds. The DJ kicked off his set with "Recess" single, "Try It Out," all from in his massive spaceship stage-setup, the MotherShip. The infusion of various genres (southern rap, dancehall, dubstep) during his hour on stage – plus signature stage lasers – kept all concert-goers raging.
